About me

I am an experienced counsellor working online throughout the U.K. and face to face from home. I have experience of working with a range of issues in a number of areas of counselling including loss and change, bereavement, abuse, anxiety, depression, low mood relationship difficulties, childhood issues and low self esteem.

I have a special interest in supporting people with bereavement and complicated /traumatic grief.

I am kind, caring and friendly with the goal of offering you a space where you can explore your feelings in safety and confidence without the fear of judgement. Whether it is to simply 'get things off your chest' or talk more deeply about what is troubling you or make a change in your life. I will offer you friendly professional support to help you through these difficult or troubling times.

I am an integrative practitioner which means I draw on a number of theoretical models to meet your individual needs.

Individual counselling sessions

Individual sessions for Adults and young people age 16+. in person or online throughout the UK. All sessions are 50 mins . £60 per session. Discounted rates are available for students.

Counselling supervision

for indiiduals or small groups.

I am friendly, approachable and work relationally and from a person centred core with the goal of offering you a space where you can explore your client work, self care and all aspects of supervision in safety and confidence. I will work collaboratively with you to ensure high standards in client work, support ethical practice and your own personal development goals whether you are in training or qualified, work for an agency or are in private practice
